Control

We hire locally. Our fleet of vehicles and highly qualified team can fulfil clients’ needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our project response time, communication, and strong focus on people is what Heritage Traffic Management are known for across regional Queensland. We endeavour to prove this on every project, every day.

Our traffic control team have built a strong reputation for professionalism, and for consistently delivering quality and safe traffic services both as a unit and individually. Many of our controllers are specifically requested by clients for projects due to their reputation in the industry.

All Traffic Controllers undergo accredited training and hold all compulsory cards/licences. Most of our traffic controllers also hold a Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) ticket. All Traffic Controllers must complete the refresher training every three (3) years, and consistently meet AGTTM, QGTTM & MUTCD requirements, ensuring Heritage Traffic Management team maintain a constant supply of skilled staff. 

Our range of expertise includes construction works including utilities, roads, council projects, environmental testing and waste removal, events, and traffic control equipment hire. 

Our traffic management plans are drawn up to satisfy all state and national authority requirements, as well as minimise on-site risk to your company, the public, and any traffic workers throughout the entirety of your project. ​

Each operational employee must hold (a minimum of):

  • A valid WHS induction card (White/Blue)
  • A valid driver licence (Manual/Auto)
  • A valid Industry Authority cards

Our staff must also under-go our Company Induction to ensure that all members of our staff are familiar with and understand our range of policies and procedures. On top of this, our Traffic Controllers are required to complete and attend all client inductions whether that be for highspeed or slow speed works.

We create a safer and faster deployment process by providing our Traffic Controllers with innovative commercial vehicles and associated procedures and equipment.
